The following sets forth the Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") of Eton International, Inc. and its Affiliates (collectively, "Eton" "we" or "us"), and is incorporated into and made a part of Eton’s Terms and Conditions. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Affiliates" means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Eton International, Inc., where "control" means the ownership of, or the power to vote, at least ten percent (10%) of the voting stock, shares or interests of such entity. The terms “users” or “you” as used in this Privacy Policy, refer to guests, who use the www.eton88.com (“Website”) to look for products and services, support, payment and other users who use software or other tools or services we provide on a Website. It also applies to all other visitors to our Website - for example our investors or those applying for a job through the Website. By providing information to us when searching for information, using any tool or service on a Website or otherwise using the Website, you expressly agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date set forth above and applies from that date. We may occasionally amend this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory requirements, advances in technology, Website updates and changes in our information collection and disclosure practices. 1. Purpose of Privacy Policy

Finally, this Privacy Policy explains your options regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. By visiting the Website or using any Eton product or service, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Eton is not responsible for the content or privacy practices on any third party web site that may be linked to or from the Website. 2. Collection and Use of Personal Data


Personal data is information that identifies or is associated with a specific individual or entity, such as a name, address, email address, or telephone number, etc. Eton collects personal data about its users in order to better serve you. The personnel data and the way we collect about you include, but are not limited to, the following: At various times you may give your personal data to us. For example, in order to send a request or inquiry from you to ask for a product or service, we may need to know all or some of the following: your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, your current location, and your current service providers. We may also gather information from cookies or web beacons. We also collect IP addresses, mobile device identifier details, your location, navigation and click-stream data, the time of accessing the Website, products you viewed, what you searched for, the duration of your visit, and other details of your activity on the Website. If you ask us to connect with other web sites or social media accounts (for example if you ask us to connect with your WeChat account) we may get information that way too. In connection with electronic communications we facilitate through the Website, we use electronic or manual checks to monitor such communications for trust and security purposes. If you are Eton Web Support Portal users on the Website, you will receive our newsletter, which is an integral part of the services we provide. We may offer different newsletters from time to time intended to enhance the services we offer. Users may cancel their subscription to these newsletters at any time, although it may take a short while for the changes in your preferences to become effective.


We also use surveys to collect information about our users. From time to time, we request users' feedback in order to evaluate potential functions and services. The decision to answer a survey is completely yours. We use information gathered from surveys to improve our services.


When you download or use our Apps, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services. If you have questions about how to disable your device's location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer.

You can see your basic details and correct or update them if needed at any time.
